Top Tier Scholarship Foundation Inc. is dedicated to providing scholarships to secondary and tertiary level college and university students who are Jamaican and African American. Our mission is to raise funds annually to provide scholarships and support financially struggling students in their academic pursuits.
Education not only equips individuals with knowledge and skills, but also empowers them to make a positive impact in their communities. Inspired by Ashia Thompson’s personal journey, she launched Top Tier Scholarship Foundation Inc. Having personally benefited from scholarships during her academic journey, Ms. Thompson transformed her life. This foundation aims to raise scholarships for ambitious Jamaican youth and African Americans who face financial barriers to education.
The Billion Dollar Strategy
The first initiative that Top Tier Scholarship Foundation Inc. will undertake is “The Billion Dollar Strategy,” an ambitious initiative aimed at raising 1 billion Jamaican dollars in scholarship funding for Jamaicans studying both locally and internationally.
The company’s annual gala will serve as the main platform for fundraising. During the gala, we will share success stories and seek partnerships with donors and sponsors to contribute to this cause. The gala will be an opportunity to showcase the vision and progress of the Billion Dollar Strategy, and to establish partnerships with individuals and organizations who share our mission. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of ambitious Jamaican youth and drive economic progress in Jamaica and internationally.
