Ashia Thompson is an author, entrepreneur, international guest speaker and Certified Public Accountant with over 8 years of accounting experience. Ms. Thompson is the CEO & founder of Top Tier Accounting, an elite full service accounting firm headquartered in New York. She provides thoughtful and proactive income tax planning strategies to high net worth clients. Ashia specializes in advising individuals and business owners with tax minimization strategies, audit representation, bookkeeping, payroll and business re-structuring services.

To best serve her clients, Ashia collaborates with estate planning attorneys, investment professionals and other trusted advisors. Ashia received her bachelor’s in accounting from Monroe College and her Master of Science in Taxation at Pace University. She is a professional member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
