MEET THE CEO – ASHIA THOMPSON
Ashia Thompson is an author, entrepreneur, international guest speaker and Certified Public Accountant with over 8 years of accounting experience. Ms. Thompson is the CEO & founder of Top Tier Accounting.Top Tier Accounting pride themselves on helping individuals and business owners save thousands in taxes year over year as they are passionate about helping clients take their finances to the top. Top Tier Accounting has mastered the art of providing superior accounting services to individuals and all sizes of businesses.
Ms. Thompson started her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Real Estate Tax practice where she did tax compliance for clients who were multi-millionaires and billionaires. Ms. Thompson later joined Deloitte Tax LLP, where she worked as a Senior Tax Consultant in the Business Tax Services Commercial group and dealt with clients of the same caliber in the for profit and non-for-profit sector. Ms. Thompson obtained her bachelor’s in accounting from Monroe College, where she graduated with the highest honors, Summa Cum Laude. She later pursued her Master of Science in Taxation at Pace University. She is a professional member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
